Front Desk

Responsibilities include: attending customers, taking incoming orders, releasing outgoing orders, tagging clothes, and retail assistance.

Applicants must be: responsible, have the ability to work well with people, be attentive to detail, and be friendly and outgoing.

Sales

Responsibilities include: Providing services to a defined customer base and oversee the pick-up and delivery of uniforms and facility products, ensuring customer satisfaction, growing the existing customer base, responding to customer service inquiries, and more.

Qualifications:  A valid drivers' license, previous customer service experience, previous experience working in a sales-related role, knowledge about the industrial or service industry.

Driver

Responsibilities include: Transporting garments within their defined service route and assisting with production and customer service duties in stores as needed.

Qualifications: Must hold a valid Connecticut driver's license and have a safe driving record.

Production

Responsibilities include: Operate or tend washing or dry-cleaning machines to wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles such as cloth garments, suede, leather, furs, blankets, draperies, linens, rugs, and carpets.
